While they are at the moment a high-risk restaurant, I decided to try them out again. They were and are still my favorite place to grab a quick bite. I asked to see their most recent health report, which they complied with easily since restaurants are required by law to do so when asked. It looked as if everything reported in the news was corrected—something the inspector required them to do before reopening. Before my retirement, I worked in the health industry too, so I trust that the health inspector followed all the guidelines before allowing No. 1 to reopen. The food is still good, and their employees still nice and helpful. I truly believe they deserve another chance by everyone.

The BEST pick up Chinese in DOVER. Period. My favorite local Chinese. Rice all ways perfect, not over salted and flavored. My usual boneless rib tips combo all ways packed w.tasty strips w that awesome pork fried rice. Kung Pao all ways yummy as well as the Hunan beef my wife gets. This pm 12.30.2018, Beef Lo mein and Wonton soup. Kind of light on the beef.. But I didn't pay for extra.

The service was ok but the food on the other hand was not. We ordered General Tao's shrimp which was WAY over priced for the quality. I've had it at many places and this was by far the worst. It had no heat at all. It was so over the top sweet . We also ordered boneless ribs that I asked for extra bbq sauce because I know they can be dry. Well what they did was after they were cooked the lady took a bowl out of the fridge and brushed a little sauce on top of the ribs . Which is unsafe cooking practice. So with that said I'll never eat there again

Such a phenomenal place to eat. Best Chinese food in the area. The staff is courteous & helpful. The food always tastes fresh and piping hot. The prices can't be besb. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking some great food with a side of friendly service.

No complaints. The food is hot, fresh, and not too salty. Will return.
